Minutes of meetings held on Wednesday, 12th March 2008 at Jumpers Rebound Centre, Gillingham.

Interview 7.00 p.m. Woodpecker regarding entry of additional U/12 team for 2008/09 season.

Present:  M.N.Y.L.  Vic Williams (chairman), Ian Ballard, Andy Bonneywell

K.C.F.A. representative, Keith McCourt

Chris Carey took minutes

Woodpecker : Chris Irons (club secretary), Mark Williamson (current U/11 manager), Chris Parnell (proposed new U/12 manager).

Woodpecker had been asked to attend to clarify preparations and arrangements for a proposed additional U/12 team for 2008/09.  A list of players they intend to sign had been provided as requested.  The Woodpecker representatives explained they intend to re-lay the pitches at Hoo Institute to accommodate this and a new girls team.  (referred to F.A. guidance on pitch sizes/run offs etc.)  Recruitment is ongoing.

It was explained that final ratification of all teams entering the M.N.Y.L. is subject to A.G.M. and membership approval.

Decision:  The committee will recommend the entry of an additional team. This is subject to constitutional constraints of numbers in an age group and provided any new recruits do not deplete an existing team.
